CPT3000v3 is a fast, accurate and thorough EMV Personalisation Validation Tool (PVT) designed to be both simple to use for the non-technical operator and at the same time provides detailed technical information for IT and engineering chip staff. The CPT 3000v3 validates Card Data against EMV, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express*, Discover, plus Interac, Sermepa, SPAN and other major payment scheme rules, speeding up development and scheme certification. The standard system includes test scripts to verify card applications. Test script updates are made readily available from the Barnes website as and when necessary to keep up with changing requirements. The CPT 3000v3 can also be used to validate chip data values against pre-configured profiles giving thorough QC checking in the Bureau environment. The network friendly design allows the centralised management of multiple systems while conforming to all the security requirements of the various authorities.
