		With the introduction of CAT 3000v3, CAT 3000v2 is no longer being shipped to new customers.  Existing users will continue to benefit from support by Barnes International according to the terms of their license agreement, the test scripts will be kept up to date with specification changes but no new features will be added. Ongoing development will carried out on CAT 3000v3. Please note that only the final issue of the CAT 3000v2 software is supported by Barnes International Ltd. NB. CAT 3000 v1 Users.  This upgrade is only for users already running CAT 3000v2, . Contact Barnes for details of upgrading to CAT3000v3. Downloads The software updates are contained in password protected zip files. After downloading it is necessary to contact Barnes for the appropriate password.  The zip file contains an upgrade installer that will bring your CAT 3000v2 up to the latest standard. NB. The version numbering system for CAT 3000 has been changed to bring the versions into line with the corresponding CPT 3000 versions. Therefore CAT 3000v2 version 1.3 is more recent than CAT 3000 version 2.2 NB. Users of CAT 3000v2 versions prior to 1.3 who have the CVT script package will need updated CVT scripts to work with version 1.3 and above, please contact Barnes if you have not already received your modified scripts. Click here to download the 1.392 upgrade Most modern system firewalls detect and remove potentially harmful files from the zip files, to work around this problem a number of files within the zip file have been renamed. Instructions for recovering and installing these files will be found in the "ReadMe" file inside the zip.   Script Update Since 1.392 was released a number of issues have arisen which require an update to the EMV test scripts, the updated script files may be downloaded by clicking here.  The files are in a password protected zip file, the password being the same as that used for the 1.392 upgrade.  Once unzipped, these files must be copied manually into the scripts folder of the 1.392 version of the CAT 3000v2, please note that they are not guaranteed to work correctly with any earlier version. NB. When installing both updates please ensure that the script update is applied AFTER the 1.392 update.
