Visa Europe Self Service PVT – Tool Update Release
| Stay up to date and ensure continued compliance with the latest Visa EU Offline Resilience requirements.
Effective 24 January 2026, Visa EU mandates that all newly issued and reissued consumer debit and credit cards (Contact‑only and Dual Interface) within the EU region must comply with the Offline Resilience requirements. To support this mandate, the EU PVT Tool has been enhanced with updated validation checks aligned to the Offline Resilience requirements. In line with these updates, we are releasing Visa GPR PVT v4.5.002 on the CPT 3000v3 platform for our EU customers. This release enables issuers to complete the required validation and maintain full compliance with Visa EU’s latest requirements.
